Tijjani Reijnders

Not sure what happens with Nunes. I’d normally say his days are numbered given his situation but we have such a big rebuild and he seems happy to be a squad player and wants to prove himself. He’s had a lot more game time this season but once we buy a right back I see that changing as well.

Got offered to Saudi last summer according to some but didn’t want to go there, which I rate for a footballer his age.
I think he's long gone mate, clear Pep doesn't rate him and has used him purely out of necessity

He used Kalvin Phillips even less. The issue with Reijnders is he'll be another squad player rather than someone who can actually improve matters.

Reijnders strolls straight into our starting XI—even in a Champions League final.

But since you don't see it the same way, who exactly do you think keeps him out of the lineup? And realistically, who would you prefer we go after instead, that you think may be better than Reijnders?

Given our availability in the last game I can’t argue with that logic. Unless Pep decides to play Bernie in the middle.

But yeah he would be a proper first team player here, rotating but playing a lot of minutes. He’s a bloody good player. Also seems to be able to play plenty of roles, so at AC they’ve had him as a 6, 8 and 10. We like players that are basically positionless
