Tim Peake

Being ginger they've doubled his quarantine as a precaution, just in case his genes have been altered whilst sitting in a tin can for 6 months.

As long as they had internet so i can maintain my servers i would be quiet happy i think.
I have certainly gone 6months before head in pc and barely noticed so with that as a distraction i reckon i could do it pretty easily.
If i can stretch out fully that is ok for me, i love the outdoors but can live in relative confinement for extended periods.

The weightlessness looks fun but can imagine it being rather uncomfortable in many ways. I don't like the idea of my digestive system basically stopping for 3 days either.

However as an experience i could accept the discomfort apart from maybe no beer or chance of a smoke.

Sick of the sight and sound of the **** if I'm being honest. Probably shouldn't blame him, it's not his fault that the BBC chose to ask his opinion on just about everything while he was up there.

Brave man. I read about the landing process today, incredibly impressive. I am bad enough flying to Tenerife let alone doing 17000 miles an hour from space. Well done all involved!

To be fair the air liner landing at Tenerife is probably a lot more controlled that Tim's was and hopefully depends on fewer if not no parachutes !!!
