Bobs biggest mistake was to loan adebayor to that twitching gobshite..

It's the best thing that he ever did.

They have a clinical striker who can score goals against all of our rivals but isn't allowed to play against us!

That does work but has big pitfalls :(
Name them?

lending them Adebayor was the best thing we could have done.

look at them today, how utterly clueless they were without a striker they'd been playing with regularly, I've never seen Lescott have an easier time winning headers as they launched it to Defoe.

Thing always was that Defoe needs to play week in, week out to be the best Defoe you can get, he and Pav are sat on the bench cos of Ade yet Spurs unravel when they can't use our player.

it was brilliant, the fuck-up over Caicedo was made amends for today, genius loan.

Can Edin and Sergio carry us for the next 4 weeks? Seems a bit of a worry being down to two forwards again for possibly another month.

Just a gut feeling but I think we might see the board give Mancini the nod to bring in a couple of bodies. At least I'd like to think they will.

EDIT:

Seems I'm wrong. The National supposed to be reputable for City information.

We needed a 4th striker even before the ban so really need to act now.

Can we bring Guidetti or Scapuzzi back?

Get Santa Cruz back at least, he looks close to his best at the moment and we're paying all of his wages near enough anyway (Betis are in administration).

I didn't want to mention him .... but yes, he's fit again and playing regularly. Looks sharp. If it's possible, I'd definitely have him on the next plane back.
