Won't be anything to do with wage restrictions or effect EU players as it would be illegal. More likely contracts would go and money would be all important.

I reckon we are signing Tevez that would piss rags off and he must be coming up to be out of contract and would be a mad story! Especially if he has a release clause and is not under contract

The rags only signed him this summer didn't they?

As I understand it Tevez is on loan at United until the end of this season and they have first option to buy at an agreed fee. They would have to pull out of any transfer before we could jump in.

Not true the fee is fixed if he stays but he would have no obligation to agree! Like Ronnie with us

nowt to do with wage cap.for that to even worry a club they have to egt the player first.

It was mentioned a while ago by someone in UEFA that clubs in debt should not be allowed to buy players. Could this be t he news?

Ok personally I have no problem waiting as CTID said, however as it seems fun to speculate and play the guessing game of what De Niro Knows, De Niro specifically denied only one part of the post below and clearly left the other half dangling, the piece left in would indeed be big news and would affect the Rags and not City so for all the conspiracy theorists out there is this the secret message lol !

Well that sounds like there may be a rule on its way which relates to clubs in debt not being able to spend more than a certain amount on players. That has been mooted for a while now. Just as likely is another which relates to a club only being able to pay wages that are a certain percentage of turnover...which would hit us.
