Tottenham want this we don’t want it as much, the last few games tell a true tail. They are hungry and there starting 11 look strong, quick and look dangerous. We look like we are playing for a draw, not loosing but not looking enough for a win. Now who is down to us playing like this? Mancini or the players?.

Does Mancini want us to finish 4th? of course he does. Do the players want it? Not sure if they are that arsed ( Not all but a few).

My prediction on 4th spot will go to spurs because, 1 they deserve it and 2 they want it more than our players.

Spurs have just beaten Arsenal and Chelsea at home and lost to United away - If only we could match that!

Set it straight we did. We beat arse 4-2 at home. Chelsea 2-1 at home and lost to united 4-3 away. Last 2 games we played were NOT bad. Our players want it, FACT.

I can see your point,the one thing slightly concerning me is Tevez. He hasn't seemed his usual self the last couple matches, don't know if it's burn out or whatever, but he's not been getting involved as much as he normally does.

His energy and drive kind of carries the team and motivates them, when he doesn't play well, we look a bit pedestrian.

You are spot on with Tevez, I am seeing the same thing. I am sure its down to being tierd or maybe its the world cup? but hes making sure he keeps injury free.

Must've been watching a different game because the Tevez I saw was his usual committed self. We were playing so deep he had to come back to recieve the ball and when he did'nt have the ball he was chasing Fabianski down all game.

Our players must have been starving when they played Burnley and Birmingham, whereas your spurs are only hungry.

I agree, spurs looks more hungry, and atm I can't deny they just deserve it more, not only because they have more points, but they look braver and like they want it more.

And yes tevez is letting us down big time, how typical to go missing when we need to step up the most. Not saying its his fault we have only got 1 point lately. But looking how he usually plays has left us a lot to be desired. He kinda have gotten a big responsibility - and you could argue how fair that is but its a fact.

to be fair us and spuds have had very similar seasons, but there is no way they deserve 4th more than we do. we are both good teams with quality squads but neither have the consistency. hope it goes down to a play off, us v spuds, winner takes 4th

and this is going off the back of their 3-1 touchup yesterday?jesus- you can play as great as you want but if you still lose by 2 goals it hardly matters does it?they looked good in patches but didnt have the ticker to last the full game.
we went to emirates and scraped a point-we made up some ground and now villa and spuds come to ours, its still in our hands!
