I've viewed all the stats of todays game and cross referenced all the coefficients and inputted them into my computer and the official answer to todays performance transponds into a three word outcome. Technically " WE WAS WANK"
 
Just back in, won't say I'm not disappointed but in context the season hasn't actually started yet. Yes, we didn't really fight for it today which was annoying to say the least. But seriously we weren't 'given a footballing lesson' as the granny shagger is gleefully taunting us. Please. I'd trade losing today for 3 points against Swansea next Monday. It's always shite losing to them but their reaction really shows how far we've come from the days of it being us that was 'obsessed'. Also, Kompany's mistake for the year has gone. Result. :-p
 
I agree we were shit but dispite the Rags total domination of possession, which was a tad embarressing, Joe did not have any saves of note to make. They got 3 on target that all went in. We also got 3 serious efforts on target but only 2 went in. The goalie saved Adams shot. We were still totally shit though. As bad as they were against red Scouse but we came back from that.
 
I'm not concerned about the loss. If we had lot 2-0 but we'd put up a fight and they'd got one or two breaks I'd say it was a good friendly. The fact that we put out a strong team, United had some youngsters in and we got absolutely fucked over is what worried me. After the Inter Milan game I felt so confident about the season, after today well I'm concerned about Swansea. No fitness, No energy, no passion, misplaced tackles,misplaced passes, beaten to every loose ball, no chances created. It was scary just how off the pace we looked at times.
