I'm not questioning that BM. The Arsenal penalty was as nailed on as any you could hope to see. But we all know that opponents very, very seldom get penalties at the sty. Now whether the Eduardo incident in midweek has clouded the ref's judgement, I don't know. It shouldn't, as this is a totally separate game. However, we all know that referees can be influenced by prior events; shouldn't happen but it does. All that however, doesn't make the vermin's penalty any less so; it was a stupid charge out of goal by Almunia. Sorry if that upsets anyone on here.Bluemoon115 said:jimharri said:Thank fuck for that. Jim, the point is, the ref gave that after not giving Arsenal a stone wall pen earlier on.
