Todays Pitch Invasion. City v Swansea

Roger palmers testimonial game was my first pitch invasion. Was like running on concrete!

No harm done today.

Was there a pitch invasion that day? I remember us winning 5-2 at the end of the season (Ady Mike scored??) but cannot remember any pitch invasion.

And Pep said.....

Asked about FA action, Guardiola said: "No problem.

"Football is an emotional game. I understand you have to be careful. But when they feel they want to share that they are happy - it is better they stay where they should stay - but I'm not going to tell them 'Don't do that.'

"If they are happy, I like them to be close with the team. They show how happy they are and that is the most beautiful thing we can live like that as professionals, as a manager and football players. We felt that today. The fans here were so happy."
Pep out :-)

We won the league, no actually we pissed the league, fans went on the pitch, so what they celebrated, they caused no trouble, most if not all of the fans today will never get to step on that hallowed turf, so fair play to them, I went on at Birmingham at home, my thought was my only chance, luckily for me I got to play at Maine road after that game, we need to lighten up and let the fans have there moment to

Ha ha Birmingham at home! I remember that one. That was a case of premature invasion! Still it meant we could have another at Blackburn the week after.

I remember the following pitch invasions.

Luton
Notts County (well dressing room invasion)
Charlton
Bradford
Spurs
Blackburn
QPR
West Ham
Today.

Any more?

Well if you had been there, on second or third tier you wouldn’t have been able to get on the pitch - nor would you have been able to give the players a deserved ovation. They had to get off the pitch pronto - spoiling the end of the match. With respect, as you weren’t there to experience it you can’t really criticise those of us who were there & had the end of the match spoiled. And before you tell me that you’ve been going for years - I’ve been going for 55 years & am an ordinary fan who loves the club. I just wanted to celebrate a great win by applauding the players - something we’ve waited a long time to do.
As pep says he hopes the fans will stay in the stands for the hudders game so the players can celebrate,i think that will happen for what it's worth,i was one of the oldies at games in the bad old days when we won shit,i don't go anymore as i'm too far away and ill,i think all will be well in 2 wks
