DC has a population of c. 700,000, London not far off 10 times that

I think Tokyo had ten murders at last count for near double London's population and London's murder rate is getting up to near half what it was for the entire country in the 50s and 60s and we're all so much more enlightened now so I wouldn't hold London up as a shining light.

Yeah, prayers should do it. I'll buy one of those vehicles from a few posts back, so I can pray with the Bible in hand. Gun in the other hand might seem a bit awkward though?
