Kudos to every single one of the Blues who showed up in “ICI Land” today, it cannot have been a pleasant journey (however, it probably wouldn’t be in the middle of summer :-)!!) up there and the return will no doubt be equally challenging for all you guys - make me proud!!

But, what about the people who just simply could make the journey due to inclement weather conditions, understandable in my opinion, especially with safety in mind and alleged turn back notices being posted on the journey by the police?? Will they be refunded in any way, surely the club could make a goodwill gesture to them and refund the ticket money or even vouchers for the shop or future away tickets.

The same goes for the hardy soles who actually made it up there, defying the odds somewhat to give us a dam decent away following considering, refunding travel expenses would be a tremendous gesture here!!

Or am i being a sentimental fool here............

Thoughts fellow Bluemooners.............???

Re: Todays travel to Teeside

Was going to start a similar thead myself, buford. Yeah, well done. Hope they all get home safe and sound. Outstanding effort.

even Roberto gave em praise on the o/s......“I was pleased with the performance from the team. I enjoyed it but most of all I want to congratulate our supporters for making the game thorough the bad weather and then giving us such great support. Seeing them so happy made the win even better.”

Fantastic support today and you could hear them singing loud and proud all game.

"never felt more like the singing the blues......."

Hope you all have a safe journey back.!!!!!

Can you imagine how brilliant he feels for all the fans to be singing your name after just 3 games. Roberto must be feeling top of the world right now !!!!

Whilst fantastic support today, what's all this about giving money back or vouchers for the sity store as a "Good will gesture"? Attending today was their choice and the club has already offered enough "Good will gesture's" since they arrived.

Keep the good work up both our owners and fantastic supporters!

Bring on the Rags.

Just hope all those that made the trip to smogland regardless of the circumstanses are back in time for Wednesday and the team reward them in due manner.
(i never went to boro today but when we beat the scum i will enjoy reflective glory)
