Presumably they pay to be in there if they're selling perfume (anyone ever topped up on something they wear anyway and noticed it smells a lot different to the one you have back home?). If they're in a fancy hotel, I'd assume they keep it clean. In a nightclub, it's probably to stop people taking drugs or having sex or something.

I was in a club in Vegas a few weeks ago and I had a private toilet with a toilet attendant to let you gain access. Get in there and a no spray no lay guy was there, not so much private toilet. Just wiping my arse and he asks if I'm okay, no mate I've lost all capability of wiping my arse, can you help me out? Washed my own hands and go to walk out the door and he asks for a tip. Cheeky bastard.

Serious question...what the fuck is it with public toilets in England? They're always vandalised, not working, no doors, toilet paper. Why would the owners not want decent clean bathrooms....never understood it
