Every bloody change over was bad so to come out with a bronze from that is a right result.

Gutted, pipped of the line in the mens 4 x 100m, was sure Mitchell-Blake was going to bring home the gold.

First changeover slightly iffy again (edit: it was actually brilliant) but we had 2 metres going into the last leg.
