Yes, good for motor sport too isn’t it. Plus tennis, winter sports, lots really.Fair play sounds like a good choice for you if you like the road racing. I normally get the Eurosport pass for the Le Mans 24 hour race week but I consider that quite a niche event so don't mind paying a little to watch it without any issues.
The Olympics is meant to be the biggest thing in sport though, yet it's mostly hidden away on a couple of apps?
Yeah, but all the “non-niche” stuff if you wanna call it that, won’t be hidden away, it’ll be on free to air still. You’re right it terms of % of total sports content, but the % of most watchable events will be high on bbc. I think that’s the model anyway. Still something like 20 hours on bbc each day I reckon.
(edit - remembering the Moscow Olympics as a kid - think we had about 6 hours a day in total!)
