Tokyo 2020 Olympics/Paralympics

Taylor-Brown has well and truly dropped the American.

Hopefully she's paced it right as it's looking like another brilliant silver!

We've had some really unlucky silvers at this games.

I don’t think it can unless they cross live to Bermuda.

It‘s the unexpected nature of him taking an amazing catch out of nowhere. This isn’t a moment. It’s happened already.

The scenes will be in Bermuda.
 
Brilliant from Duffy first ever gold for Bermuda, might be the smallest country* to win a gold. Great run from Taylor-Brown to get the silver, puncture will leave her thinking what if though.


On another note, we must be looking good for gold in the team/relay event:

2nd & 5th in the mens, 2nd, 9th & 13th in the womens. We've some athletes.

Bodes well for the relay.
 
Such weird scheduling this olympics. I understand they have to work around covid protocols and the mental weather but I can't imagine playing rugby at 9am in an empty ground is ideal.

Yeah everything is a bit backwards, all the swimming finals are first thing in the morning too which means the times aren't as fast.

Hopefully they don't do that for the athletics.
