Such a shame that flat tyre deprived Taylor Brown of a chance to put some pressure on DUffy at the start of the run but how impressive was the Bermudan? She looked like she could have run another 10k right then and there.

Didn't watch the rugby as there was beach volleyball on the red button. USA easing to a comfortable victory over Spain in some not very nice weather conditions (not quite as bad as in the triathlon but still not nice to get wet sand where wet sand shouldn't be, I'd imagine).
