Tom Huddlestone

Unfortunately the FA have a get out clause on this as the ref has apparently come out and said he saw the incident but didn't think it was worth a booking!

However if the FA have a ref on their hands that doesn't believe that sort of thing is at least a booking, then he should be sacked on the spot.

Do you have a link for that mate? Because if that's true then a) how on earth is his not even a yellow and Super Mario's a red and b) it's worrying because that referee is on duty on Wednesday.

Just remember you have Chris Foy (the ref in question from Bolton/Spurs) for the Derby on Wednesday night.....

Wait til Scholes or someone does something naughty and gets away with it, and any challenge involving NDJ will result in a card.....

Why are Bolton not kicking up a fuss about this?

Big difference between this and the Adebayor incident....

- Bolton/Elmander were the victors.....
- Elmander didn't release a statement on his own website (within an hour) condemning Huddlestone and expressing his 'sadness' that a professional player could attempt to hurt another player deliberately.

Arsenal and Van Persie were the bitter losers..... Undone by the man the 'booted out'

Cheers, I've defended Foy in another thread, now I'm quaking in my slippers about Wednesday.

Didn’t the ref see the Addy one on Van Percy?? But they still did him retrospectively

just found out ;this tom huddleston is rellated to alot of city fans;living in the west of ireland;mayo/galway sc.

There was a old ref on Sky this morning I forget who it was but he was saying the refs got the Huddlestone decision wrong if he seen it he should of been booked. Also he went on to say that with the ref not seeing it it will more than likely see Huddlestone getting banned by video. How wrong was he. Dermot Gallacther
