Tommy Tuchel's England squad | Nov '25 (p17)

Rashford has 3 good games and is back in the squad and some people still don’t realize that’s the reason why some players can’t be assed? Unbelievable. Now he gonna have his usual shitty games again as usual. Henderson in there is dome nepotism shit

Some strange selections. I won't mention the obvious ones but how the fuck has Quansah got in the squad over Branthwaite?

He got hooked at HT in the opening game of the season, and hasn't been trusted since. 4th choice at best and has played 286 minutes of PL football all season.
Good point. Quansah barely plays as well

Sky Sports app done a piece going on about Foden being lucky to be in.....while bigging up the inclusion of Rashford. The rest of the criticism is reserved for Grealish.

Yes but they haven't proved it under him. And that's the key. He's giving everyone a clean slate and a chance, I've no problem with that. If they're all wank and he's still picking them in 12 months time ahead of the world cup then we'll have a problem but it's his first squad, he has to be allowed to look at everyone. Getting the older guard in and making a decision on them quickly is a sound move to me.

Ignoring the fact hes a rag, Rashford has had a good month or so at Villa, who has had better that isn't involved? Grealish certainly hasn't and I can't think of anybody else. Branthwaite hasn't been close to evertons best outfield player, if you wanted an Everton defender it would be Tarkowski. Burn has been a solid player for a few seasons now, no issue with him getting his chance.
Maybe if he’d just arrived from the moon and not seen them play, you’d have a point. Truth is, he’s surely seen how many of those players have performed under a manager they were all supposed to idolise.

He’s going down the same tired route as everyone else and picking ‘names’ not players in form

As for Rashford, has he had a good month? He’s started ONE league game. As for who’s been better this month? Hudson-Odoi, for one.

Not sure why you mentioned Jack as I wouldn’t have had one city player in the squad, we’ve been that poor.

Gibbs-White has as many assists as Arnold and Palmer, and I doubt any of the named squad could have played that cross field pass that did for us last week.

Delap 10 goals for Ipswich not in, Dominic Solanke, 7 goals for Spurs in.

I reckon Vardy and Wellbeck are 2 injuries from being our front 2…….

Just thought of somebody who is lerhaps surprisingly left out, Connor Gallagher. I don't have a particularly high opinion of him myself but he was significantly better than bellingham the other day and given the names involved he's arguably the biggest surprise omission, unless he's injured too.

Had the same thought myself, and I'm not a massive fan either but he's had a decent first season at Atletico.
