Kroos is viciously overrated and more importantly his footballing characteristics mean buying him alone will do United no good. They need at least one if not two midfield players to play alongside him to get the best out of him. Either way he isn't a patch on Fernandinho.

You're right, however, in that they'll need another midfielder alongside him to win the 50/50's and do the general dirty work and box to box running. Someone like Vidal - although that's not going to happen.

If they do sign him though, I can't see LVG not wanting to buy at least another midfielder to put alongside him anyway, as he must already know that Carrick's days are over and the rest of the midfield, as it stands, is utter garbage.

The reason I compare Dinho and Kroos is because if I were to compare for example their first touch, or their passing range, or their mobility, or their pace, or their tackling ability, or their strength or their stamina, in pretty much every department Dinho comes out on top.

He is indeed, hence nobody is really arsed in competing for his signature at that price..... He's extremely limited, there spine isn't improved one bit, a midfield of mata, kroos and expect rooney just in the hole will look good going forward, however, players like fernandinho, who can do the job of 2, are extremely rare, the world class ones won't be signing for them anytime soon!!
