Will people rejoice in the streets when a man who lied to send us to an illegal war, resulting in thousands upon thousands of deaths, dies?

He made one mistake on Iraq apart from that his policies were not devicive or aimed at destroying or dismantling everything in his path. As a whole nobody hated Blair anywhere the magnitude that people hated Thatcher she was off the scale.

It's not much of an endorsement, but I almost (and let's stress the "almost") preferred Thatcher to Blair. She was a hateful old battle axe, but the kind of spin and duplicity which Blair majored in, and which persists today in the form of Cameron, Clegg and Milliband, helped turn me off politics more than anything ever.
