Top 10 players of the Mansour era

Zabba
Sergio
Silva
Kompany
Yaya
De Bruyne
Dinho
Tevez
Dzeko
Gaz Baz

with special mentions to Lescott, de Jong hart and Bellamy.

barring major injury/wish to move I think dias will be a shoe in in a few years.

Surprised how few mentions there have been for Ederson. Six trophies and a style of football that might not have been quite as successful if he hadn't come. Guardiola's style of play has changed English football, yet it was only with Ederson that English football realised its alternative was dead.

I think edersons a slow burner. He will be much more appreciated in years to come.

I don’t think he’s that great as an actual GK but his style suits us perfectly, at the moment. I wouldn’t swap him for anyone.

It will be interesting to see what our next manager thinks of him.

But that is rather the point, he isn't a goalkeeper, he's the 11th player. Goalkeepers are a thing of the past. :-)

Aguero, Silva, Vinny and Toure - top 4 with no order
5 - KDB
6 - Fernandinho
7 - Zabba
8 - Dzeko (only realise how good he is once premier league years is on sky)
9 - Ederson
10 - Tevez

I’m going for Fernandinho first, on the grounds his presence allows others the freedom to shine , after that :-

Sergio
Yaya
Merlin
Kom
Tevez
Zab
KDB
De Jong
Bellamy

Honorary mention to Barry, Kolarov and Edin.

1. Vinny - his overall impact to Manchester, not just City is immeasurable
2. Dave - best I’ve seen in the shirt
3. Kun - he’s our greatest ever striker
4. Zaba - legendary passion and work ethic
5. Hart - him being overlooked by so many is a shambles. He won us so many games for many many years.
6. Ferna - no words! Love the man
7. KDB - by the time he leaves he’ll be next to Dave
8. Yaya - unplayable for 3 years in the league
9.Gaz Baz - #player
10. Edin - city win 5 in a row...

Statistically he's one of the best shot stoppers in the league this season fwiw.

This was tough. The following felt obvious:
aguero
Kompany
Toure
Silva
Dzeko
Fernandinho
De bruyne
Zabaleta

But the remaining two slots could be two of many.

1. Aguero
2. KDB
3. Yaya
4. Silva
5. Kompany
6. Zabaleta
7. Fernandinho
8. Dzeko
9. Ederson
10. Slippy G

I really find it interesting that so many people are including Stones and Dias but excluding Dzeko. I think he is criminally underrated here. He was so crucial during the 2013/14 title run and has scored a couple of important goals throughout the time he was here.

For me though the best is Aguero. One of the greatest PL players in history.

Silva
Aguero
Yaya
Kompany
Fernandinho
KDB
Tevez
Zabaleta
Sterling
Stones

Dias to be included v soon.

10. Pablo Zabaleta
9. Joe Hart
8. Fernandinho
7. Raheem Sterling
6. Carlos Tevez
5. Kevin De Bruyne
4. Vincent Kompany
3. David Silva
2. Sergio Aguero
1. Yaya Toure
