Personally happy that Donna Summer got more voters than Whitney Houston who I actually thought would finish in the top ten.

Alison Krauss majorly deserved and Carole King for song writing alone would be in my top ten of all time but for me her voice doesn't quite strike the same chord as others which is why I had her outside looking in as I placed a high priority on what floats my ear when I hear the vocal and vocal range.

I wonder what position Alanis Morissette ( don't worry about the spelling Protein many spell it that way but interesting in itself as we usually know how to spell out favourite artists to a tee ) would have taken if not for Jagged Little Pill.

I voted for her. Altered Images first album was very good, darker than you imagine. pinky Blue was ahit but she and they became pretty sophisticated by the third.

And i had a massive crush on her. Gregory’s Girl killed me
Gary Kemp of Spandau Ballet wrote True as a love song to Clare Grogan for whom he had the hots.
