Top 4 Race 2020/21

That choke against the Barcodes a couple of weeks ago now proving to be decisive.

All this makes just reiterates the enormity of their achievement winning the 15/16 title. This is what a regular season looks like for smaller clubs trying to simply make it into the top 4.

Yeah because I can see trying to play for a draw or loss in the CL final otherwise....

Chelsea have won CL before (unless you are referring to individual players). My point was there would be a little extra motivation if losing meant no CL next season. Is it measurable and worth mentioning? Probably not!

Yeah my point was just that nothing is going to motivate any Chelsea player more than the City players will be, for their first taste of CL glory.

Feels weird even typing that.
 
Who cares apart from the PL.
Keeping the dippers in means Fsg will just keep it ticking over without serious investment.If they missed out they could have been sold and the scousers can break FFP with no comebacks.
 
So, if you take City out of the equation as they'd love to, the top three would be united, chelsea and liverpool. Thank goodness they are spearheading the drive to make football more competitive.

Get back in your box and stop being dismissive of other peoples opinions. You come across as a boring know it all.
 
Anyone fancy Villa to get something from Chelsea at the weekend? Us v Spurs you would hope we could (Looking at them last night, we bloody well should)

Yes I fully understood what I read hence my post and I notice I wasn’t the only one that realised you were talking shite.

If your opinion is genuinely that Chelsea will need to “play for a win” in the final, only because of trying to qualify for the CL, then I suggest football isn’t for you.

Ps, also I’m a hoot.

For someone who posts on average almost 19 posts a day I would imagine talking shite is your forte. You come across as the bloke who sits behind giving a running commentary on the game or the bloke behind at a concert who knows every song and sings every word but does not know the tune or the bloke at the bar who does not shut up until everyone goes to sit somewhere else. As I said get back in your boring pontificating box.
