Just wanted the opportunity to highlight what has been a fantastic end of the season for big Ned, and along with these performances, what a great application he has towards the club as a whole. His will to improve and learn, his intelligence both on and off the pitch as well as what he said about wages when asked if the likes of Robbie and Barry's far superior wages dishearten him. Ned simply replied that he'd be more than happy to stay on 20k for the rest of his career with city, as he knows how lucky him and his fellow footballers are to be on such ludicrous amounts. I for one cant wait to see Ned shine alongside a real quality centre half next season (although im not saying he hasnt learnt a lot from Dunney), and if not, im sure he'll continue to be a huge influence around the club at such a young age.

Agreed. He did very well this past season, and got hung out to dry buy Dunne a few too many times for my liking. It will be great to see him grow into a world class player.
