Recently, well probably in the last 15 years or so, he was always chewing gum when he was in the dugout.

Before that, I always remember him spitting like a trooper, a habit I have always detested, but there he was, on the touchline, spitting away.

The PR people must have had a word with him, told him spitting was a disgusting habit, and told him to chew some gum, which in itself is not much better but preferable to launching a greenie every couple of seconds onto the pitch.

Hopefully his best is yet to come - nominating Moyes as his successor thus ensuring mid table mediocrity and financial ruin at the swamp.
