I use both of these sites for music , xbox games , movies , comics and computer programs.

i need someone to come round my house and teach me i tried downloading football manager 2011 that said eta 4 days 10 hours so i thought i would try an album that said 11 hours, my broadband speed isnt that bad so i just dont get it

with torrenting you have to be careful as most of it is monitored by internet police these days, as a previous poster mentioned <a class="postlink" href="http://www.demonoid.me" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">www.demonoid.me</a> is rather good. its invitation only (or was, idk if stll is) and its pretty good for downloading torrents fast without the worry of getting viruses or a fine!

im downloading now but just to download an album its saying like 9 hours any way to speed it up?

At the bottom, there should be a tab saying "Files" > Open that > Right-click a file > Priority > High Priority.

It also depends on how many seeds and leechers you have on that torrent,the more seeds and less leechers you have the quicker it should be.

When you search for what you want there will more than likely be more than one torrent especially on dump sites like iso hunt,the seed and leech part will be on the right hand side,just click the S and that should change it to the most amount of se
eds.

It`s never 100% safe downloading of the net,especially with like you say internet police.Best program to use is Peerguardian2 it blocks bad ip address`s

Hmm ive been using the piratebay for 5 or 6 years and its no worse than any other torrent website.

It is mate, all open trackers are slower than private trackers. I have a few mates who use to upload on pirate bay and once I showed them the speeds you get on private trackers they stop using pirate bay. Last night for the first time in about 5 years I downloaded a film off pirate bay it took 1 hour to down load a 1.4 gb film which had 10,000 seeders and about 3,000 leechers my average speed was about 300-400 mb. To down load the same size file on a private tracker usually takes about 10 minutes ! With only about 5 seeders and I always hit my top download speed of 1000mb. Why pay top money to your Internet provider each month then waste it using slow open trackers and never reach the full capacity speeds that you pay good money for.

Just type in private trackers into google they should come up with a list of them, I use bitsoup all the time although that site you have to seed back what you take so everybody gets a fair share. You have to keep your ratio to 1.2 or above that way they can track that everyone is seeding back fairly. Also on private trackers you'll get a load of up loaders using seedboxes which even if their is only 1 seeder you still get maximum download speeds.
