I'm a big fan of Torres and would love to see him playing for us, but I don't ever see it happening to be honest. There was and always will be 0% chance of him coming to City, no matter how much we want it. We would need a couple good seasons in the Champs League and firmly establish ourselves as a top 4 side before we'd have the drawing power for a player of his calibre.
