Sounds like Spurs did a City and shot themselves in the foot. Battered PSV and then the central defender made mistake, recovered, tackled the forward and it ricocheted into the net, then they scored a legit goal only to see it ruled out, then their keeper managed to get himself sent off.

A few years ago, Spurs were beating teams like Inter Milan with Bale on fire and City couldn't get out of the CL groups. Now roles have been reversed.

Do you ever think what it would be like to go back to sh't City again? Even if we just did a Utd and dropped out of top 4, I don't think any of us could handle that.

You obviously didn't watch. So where this information has come from I don't know. They had a lot of possession, but were lethargic and rarely threatened.
They stepped it up a bit in th 15/20 minutes of the 2nd half and went 2 - 1 up. After that they resumed back to going through the motions and the rest,
as they say, is history. Copped a bit of the debate and Sherwood banging on about how great Spurs were. What game he was seeing, I don't know.
If we are at the top of our game, we will take this lot to the fucking cleaners ;-)

......................Ederson

Walker........Stones........Laporte........Mendy

................D Silva..........B Silva

Sterling.........................................Sane

........................Aguero

I thought Kev looked gassed after a half hour or so against Shakhtar, and not unsurprisingly. I think he'd be a better option from the bench for this one - what an option to have.

Plus, how do you leave out either of the Silvas whilst keeping the natural width.

One game at the time please. Do not jinx the fact we have not too many injuries or suspensions.

I think KDB’s runs and passes from deep will be key in this one, so for me I would give him 60 to 70 mins then handover to Bernardo, then rest him until Soton game
