I'm hearing that, taking on board complaints from City fans about Hinchcliffe's bias, Sky have recruited Florentino Perez as co-commentator for this one.
We were one deflected Gareth Bale goal away from a CL Final in Madrid!I'm really torn on the strategy for this one. Of course we should always try to win the final, but . . . we're as close as we've ever been to being able to make a Champions League final. And, with the match every 3 or 4 days pattern of the entire season, it's not easy to say just play the first team three times in a row (including today). I would probably try to make a maximum of 4 changes from today, if possible, unlike the 8 last week vs. Chelsea or the week before vs. Leeds.
No Zin No Win.Kev not being fit enough to start may be a blessing, last nights trio makes us tick better and tends to get the most out of individuals.
My only changes would be Laporte (obviously) and Cancelo for Zincenko.
Maybe ferna can give kane a tap on the ankleSpurs are lucky we have a massive game midweek that gives them a chance plus Moaninho out the door gives them a lift they will play with freedom plus Bale Son and Kane are no mugs..
Where is the unlike button? ;)With stones out and with PSG mideeek I reckon Pep will recall his second son up for this game..
Have a feeling we‘ll get another leeds type line up. Expect torres and sterling to start
We know how to collect trophies, this one especially. I watched Spurs last night and they are bang average, with a 29 year old at the helm. Kane won't be fit for this.
Something tells me this game is set up for Sterling to get his backside back in gear.
2-0 City.
