Torres scored the other week, making him one of the only players who didn't utterly embarrass himself vs Leeds. He has almost twice as many goals as Bernardo Silva this season.

Sterling has two more goals and two more assists than new starboy Mahrez in as many games this season.

Put in an EDS lad and we lose the game.

Torres sadly hasn't been the same player since the Covid outbreak at Xmas.

Looking forward to a 'new' player next season hopefully.

Dias is the exception, but most players take a season to get to grips with Pep's tactics.

We'll see a lot more of Torres over the coming seasons. I think he's showed glimpses of real quality and considering his age and price tag, he seems (so far) like a worthwhile investment.

He laboured the point that normally this final takes place in Feb but this year it's in the busiest part of the season. He also laboured the point that his priorities are the PL and the CL. I now expect:
