It should be up to the Italian government and police but they are years behind the UK. If it's not the ultras the police will give you a whack too.

If what happened in Rome happened here, we would be thrown out of Europe but I suspect it wont happen here.
Its a sad state of affairs that you cant go to a game to watch your side and have a good day out.
I now notice that Lazio are saying its nothing to do with their fans. I hope thats proved either way because it would certainly assist any action taken against the club.
Its jusst sad tha nobody every takes responsibility.
