Tottenham | Post-Match Thread | 4 League Cups In A Row!

The spurs odysey match report just poped up on news now so had a read. Suprisingly its the first honest article that mentions Reguillon should have had a yellow first, and ultimately letting both him and Laporte off with the first was the right thing to do in a final. Fair play.

All that Neville and co were chomping on about was that Laporte should have been sent off.

Nobody mentioned segio Reguilon and the fact that he should have recieved a yellow before he actually got one.

AND - Laporte wouldnt have made the challenge if he was on a yellow
Alot of people Lauding Nevile for his unbias punditary.... Nonesense . he hates us more with every match.
Mind when that prat Tyler said he thought the ref was favouring the BIG team, neville said " I thought they both were supposed to be big teams" Tyler nearly chocked and muttered something about last Saturday.

Spurs were very lucky not to concede a veritable hatful. Yet they only conceded one is testament to Spurs excellent last ditch defending, Lloris's keeping and City's expert work at smacking a cow's backside with a banjo.
Champions league? Nah not without someone like Haaland.
Why do you want a hatful of goals when all we need is one more than the opposition?

Tyler was a disgrace yesterday , that's was the worst negative commentating against 1 team i have ever heard, what was his problem ?

Because it’s entertainment and because a one goal lead is not safe. Not hitting the arse of the cow with a banjo on a more regular basis is going to continue to bite us in our own arses until we fix it.

That's for Tommy Hutchinson you twats.

You made a six year old cry that day.

Only tears of joy these days.

Think I will put on some Chas and Dave!
Same here, I was 13, so excited at school all week. Up early to watch to build up - remember it was the whole day up to kick off in those days - Question of Sport special edition etc... then the ecstasy of that header .....Same excitement for the replay - was on a school trip to Stratford upon Avon and was worried we would not be back in time. Then the excitement again to be taken away by that bloody Argentinian - hated Spurs and Chas and Dave from that day 40 years ago !!!!
