Pretty low price considering the valuations of other comparable clubs along with the fact that spuds have a brand new stadium that cost them 1bn even being on land that they already owned.
Most of that accounts for almost billion of debt.

Noticed Arsenal is needing a wee bit of tlc.
Nothing major but a wee look at state of seats, concourse and the likes.
Agreed. Small beans in the bigger picture really though. The swamp and klanfield are falling apart and Stamford Bridge is extremely limited and dated though. Can see all 3 clubs needing a complete rebuild or new build in the not too distant future.

They all have debt and bar arsenal they're all sitting on ticking time bombs with their stadia.

Didn't Abramovich write off most of his debt, though. Also Spurs will never be worth as much as Man Utd barring relegation of the latter or trophy wins by the former.

RA wiped his debt but the new owners put them straight back £800m into the red and they're running at a loss year on year.

Nobody expects them to be worth as much as the rags but <2bn net of the stadium and land is small compared to comparable clubs in my eyes.
