Our resident Spurs fans have all gone very quiet.
They’ve got a lovely stadium though ;)Our resident Spurs fans have all gone very quiet.
Won't be long before Levy winds up the football team and turns them into an NFL franchise that still bottles itThey’ve got a lovely stadium though ;)

To further the analogy, nice legs, shame her face is like a bulldog licking piss off a thistle. There was a song I think early 80's "nice legs shame about the face" - could substitute ground for legs and team for face - may not scan as well but the same meaning
Cockney chokers.North London Bottlers?
Gets my vote… alliteration always wins out in the advertising worldCockney chokers.
Are you saying Spurs are BOBFOC?There was a song I think early 80's "nice legs shame about the face" - could substitute ground for legs and team for face - may not scan as well but the same meaning

Just don’t confuse it with a foetus though mate ;-)If Spurs lose their last game I’m going to punch a chicken.
….and a new chairman.Spurs are like the Rags, hampered by their own arrogance and distorted image of self.
The difference is, the Rags have something to be arrogant about, albeit their glory years are behind them. Spurs haven't won a top league title since 1961! I am an old git, and I can just about remember it. In fairness, it was a double with the FA Cup, a huge achievement at the time. (No one rates mere doubles now, but it used to be seen as amazing.)
Spurs need to come down to earth and build the club from the ground up. It can be done, because they have very decent revenues. Very decent. They just need better management and a more realistic attitude.
I’m Everton, not Liverpool!Just don’t confuse it with a foetus though mate ;-)
