Tottenham to sell Bale or Modric if they miss out on CL

guys if they sell Modric do you think that it would increase or decrease our chances of getting Bale? I can see that they would fight even harder to keep the jewel in the crown. On the other hand I think Bale would see this as a weakening of the team.

After all the carry on about Modric previously its hard to imagine them letting him go unless it is part of a strategy to keep Bale?

Yep think it will be harder because levy will give him a new contract to around 70k a week that's over doubling his wages plus levy will just tell him lies to get him to sign just like he did with Modric

Bale aint that good - a decent set of games in the CL notably against inter - this season he has been at best indifferent - a price tag plus wages he would expect are ridicuas and should be reserved for those playees that make a difference and influence games and performs consistently well

he looked good against us. He did score an amazing goal as well. can turn defence into attack at great speed. Would be a good signing if we could get him at a reasonable price. I would say he is worth 25m to 30m
