I feell its going to be a very tough game on Sunday.
I know on paper we are going to be favourites etc...
But their form of late is very impressive culminating with the win at Everton last week.
Just smacked Ipswich away last night and hammered Middlesboro over the weekend.
Im sure that if we fully turned up all will be reet....

City will need to be at their best to put them away. They have a man in form in Shane Long 12 goals in his last 15 games. But I think City will be up for it.

Yep, a very hard game.
We can be sure they will run themselves into the ground from the 1st to last whistle, and as an outfit they are not too shabby, as you say they've had some superb results. they are probably better than Wigan too, so we'll have to do better in the 2nd half :)
IMO it will have to be our quality over their quantity of effort that wins the contest.

Be alot happier if we had the Kiev game at home - Reading will be proper in our faces and run all day fookin long - very worried to be honest - hopefully they are back home early Friday

Just got me ticket for Sunday - cant fookin wait but equally kakking it

If he goes full strength Thursday and Weakened Sunday we are asking for trouble.

Can you imagine what this site will be like Sunday night if we lose!

It will be tough, they are a proven cup team. Good manager, Long is banging them in for sport and hasn played very well of late for the ROI. Ian Harte is a dead ball specialist, scored a great one against the rags years ago so it will be important not to give away silly free's. Also he scored last night. Yet, he is a brutal defender. Take our chances, hopefully one early goal, get the crowd chanting about Wembley. It will be tough but it could have been neverton.

I would have rather have had birmingham, bolton westham or stoke than reading....

they will be so up for it our players will need to be 110%, and i fear that we will not turn up as we havent done in the last couple of league games to fulham and second half against wigan

out of the europa league and the fa cup this is the one i want most...i want a trip to wembley with city even if it is just a semi final...its so close ou can almost sense it!

I just pray that our players and manager know how much this means to the city fans and that they bust thier guts to get us there. I have a horrible feeling about sunday's game, so much infact that i wouldnt even mind RM fielding a reserve team against Kiev on wednesday to keep the first team fresh

Its not the teams that turn up and try to play a bit of football that give us problems..its the other sort.

I think the dilemma for reading is whether they play their usual game or revert to the tried and trusted method of 11 men behind the ball and counter attacking that we have seen so often at coms this season...

I expect a tough but entertaining encounter
