I thought todays stage suited Sky so much it wasnt true. Last yeat in the Criterium du auphine they hit the Joux Plane with a full team at the front and massacred the pelotan and its what they do better than anyother team. The riders stick to the plan and peel off when done. Kennaugh today hammered it and when he peeled off he looked like he was going to fall of his bike. I dont think other teams do or give that much and trust that there leaders will deliver.

Eurocar set the pace early on (i was watching the cricket too busy shitting myself) but then Movistar took over and this meant Sky were fresh going into Ventoux. It wasnt in doubt really. They way Froome rode away from Contador though was so impressive, and then to get away from Quintana was again very impressive. Just think how dominant they would be if they had Wiggo, Uran and Henao in the team.
