Have to admit I didn't bother to actually check what gets you points before selecting my riders so this could go very badly!

Stage: 18
Team: Movistar
Riders: Contador, Quintana, Moreno, Pinot, Mollema, Navarro, Kwiatowski, Griepel, Cavendish.

Anyone seen the pics of Froome? He's looking ridiculously skinny, so much so that I have to wonder if he's maybe over done it a little to his detriment.

Anyone seen the pics of Froome? He's looking ridiculously skinny, so much so that I have to wonder if he's maybe over done it a little to his detriment.

I watched all the teams at the introduction yesterday, he didnt seem too bad, cant believe a team as professional as Sky would allow it, i bet he is bang on his stats for weight and body fat. He seemed chipper, even managed some French for the TV bloke.

In that pic he does look thin, we shall see, not just the veins in the arms, but in the face as well. However, like i said i didnt think looked overly thin yesterday.

There is a piccy of Pete Kennaugh on the Team Sky site where he looks like a bag of bones too.

We have 3 weeks to see though dont we. Im so excited about tomorrow, hope Cav wins and gets to wear the Yellow Jersey. That would be iconic surely.



Final stage of last years tour is on Eurosport now. Wiggo leading Cav out to take the stage was just amazing and one of the finest pieces of sport i have ever seen.

Yeah that was a special moment, no doubt about it. Big tip of the hat to Bradley for that one. It's a real shame that he's not on the start line tomorrow.
