Interesting stage. Don't really understand why Froome attacked, he's was never going to stay away with 12k left to go and it just seemed a bit of a pointless waste of energy to be honest, all be it he looked strong. More worrying for Sky is Thomas, Stannard, Suitsou and Lopez all getting dropped on the climbs; if the first two are struggling after their crashes it could be a blow for the team time trial. Geraint was back seeing the doctor very early on the stage, I hope they can patch him up as I had high hopes for his performance in this race.
EDIT: Oh and what about the little dog too! Day 2 of Tour de Obstacle not quite as effective as day 1.

What idiot would let their dog off the lead when the TdF is about to pass through?
Must say, I approve of the 1st few days. Normally the Tour starts off with dull flat stages but this year's is much more varied. Hope they keep it like that.

Was following Team Skys interactive chat during the race and the team sky guy on it said they had been told to just get to the finish today as they will be needed for later in the race.
Brilliant finish today too.

Just watching the Europsort highlights and Carlton Kirby says "oh no theres a dog, good work from the riders to avoid it" Kelly says "good work from the dog" lol
