Toure brothers

Last time we'll have to worry about this competition unless Razak makes it with us. If not after this tournament Yaya is nailed on to retire from international football after next year's World Cup, and Kolo will be leaving us this summer. I don't think we'll buy any high profile African players again just like United don't thanks to the disruptive AFCON.

Just saw Razak played 90 minutes against Algeria, finished 2-2 and Kolo got an assist. Wondering if anyone saw the game and could comment on Razak's performance?

Teams are aware of this tournament when they buy players who may be involved in it, so can't really moan about missing players due to it I guess

But did we know when we bought Yaya that there would be a tournament in both 2012 and 2013?
Yes, assuming we had done our research.

Another reason for wanting Ivory Coast to lose is that the winners will play in this summers Confederations cup.

Anybody else think that Nigeria might beat the Ivory Coast in the quarter finals this Sunday and send our boys packing home...

Feels very odd wanting them to fail on a national level and it's purely for selfish reasons but we need the big man back asap to plough through these buses that are being parked in front of us on our away trips...

Plus Victor Moses won't be available for Chelsea when they come to our place :-)

Is it Super Eagles or Les Elephants' for you on Sunday?
I watched Nigeria yesterday and they are fuckin shit.

I'm pretty sure Moses will be available for Chelsea as will Yaya and Kolo for us, AFCON should be over by then.

If we didn't it's our own fault, as it was already planned.
