Said it before; Carroll deserved his ban. Although he made minimal contact with Flores, and the Swansea player ended up looking a twat, the intent was there from your man. You don't have to make contact; as far as I am aware, intent is an offence. And therefore, on that basis, Yaya is a lucky boy that he didn't get a ban. We're all looking for consistency from refs, even if it's being consistently shite (it'd be a start!). Just because Yaya got off with it, doesn't make Carroll's ban wrong.Markt85 said:system needs to change

yet carroll makes no contact with a player with very little intent and gets a 3 game ban all because the ref got conned into thinking chico got hit in the face
