Shit forgot the draughts!! :) Weren't we lucky lads eh manimanc! haha
Wasn't we just mate, these kids nowadays don't know they're born. I know for a fact (and because she's told me a few times since..) that my mum didn't pay the rent, was Christmas 1981, because she got astro wars for me and didn't have enough to do both. The sacrifices parents make eh. Did your games compendium have patience with it? The noise used to drive my dad mental.

I can't remember the name of it but one xmas i wanted this programmable space truck type thing.

Can still vaguely remember the TV advert for it: advance it 2ft, turn left, shoot the dog, turn right and advance another 3ft etc. Think it also had some tipper truck type attachment as well.

I never got one tho, instead i got an Action Man 'Seawolf' submarine

What was the game that 2 played with a gun loaded with ball bearings. Aim of the game was to shoot a bigger plastic encased bearing into your opponents net.

I never did get one : (
I think it was called crossfire, my mate had one it was a good game but gave you blisters on your trigger finger.
