Trafford centre

I was at the Trafford Centre last night for the cinema.
One thing struck me. I considered the care and money lavished on the building and then thought of the dull, built down to a price childrens' hospital in Manchester and thought "we have completely got our priorities wrong as a nation."

that's capitalism.

That new shitty children's hospital still cost about £500,000,000.

I've never been.

It isn't meant for people like me.

I can tell that from the vulgar exterior and the queues of highly polished downmarket cars with passengers eager to get into the place for their latest SuperDry jacket with the name on the back as well as the front.

I used to take the kids for a couple of hours skiing in the chill factore around the corner and left the missus to it, awful place.
