I think it's heavily influenced by some obscure Scorsese musical no one saw. It's got Joker running and dancing on stairs so all the fan favourites. If you're into this type of stuff there is a good video on YouTube from the cinematographer which I think explains why you feel the Joker - I think you might enjoy that @Bigga . I watched the first film a little while after it had come out so the hype on it was huge but I thought it did that rare thing of living up to it's reputation

Mate, that was a superb watch!! I hardly moved as I was absorbing all that info. The whole 'Romeo' and 'Juliet' Todd Phillips thing just confirmed for me the angle which the second film is coming at!

I almost hesitate to post this from Shyamalan, but it has Josh Hartnett in it (glad to see him return to the big screen) and there's a miniscule hope that Shyamalan has finally learned a lesson in how to finish an interesting film.

It's 'Cassandra Nova', Prof X's 'twin' in the alternate universe/ timeline.

In the Earth 616 timeline (this one) Prof X absorbs her existence in the womb, so in one of the TVA timeline problems, she exists.

You know, as much as I believe great directors are 'great', they only remain so for a span of time. At their height they were untouchable.

But, I've seen many of these kinds of edits, that look crazy fantastic, only to find the story is a hodgepodge of nothing.

I won't hold out much hope that a bunch of semi-decent actors are in it for anything other than to work with Coppola and don't care about the script.
