Watched the new Pinnochio, Tom Hanks is superb. Great remake but not sure why they cut a long of the original songs short?

I enjoyed the film, the original was my favourite film as a kid.Yeah, heard about that complaint.
Can't remember if I've ever watched the film, but seem to remember reading a book?
On a separate note I bloody can't wait for Andor, think this will be best series Disney have done out of Mando, Boba and Obi Wan.

Just going of what I've seen via reviews, I'm wondering if people have been spoilt by a stereotypical view of sci-fi. I would like to think I'm prepared for a grim world of 'Star Wars' as set in motion by Gareth Edwards, tempered down by Disney.
It's time for new stories told for adults.

Not hearing great things about 'Andor'.
Just going of what I've seen via reviews, I'm wondering if people have been spoilt by a stereotypical view of sci-fi. I would like to think I'm prepared for a grim world of 'Star Wars' as set in motion by Gareth Edwards, tempered down by Disney.
It's time for new stories told for adults.
Agreed, I enjoyed Rogue One because it was brutal. It was always marketed as "Adult Star Wars" (not porn), hope Andor follows suit

It struck me after watching the last rendition of 'King Pin' in 'Daredevil' that the execs have overstepped their boundaries in search for greed. Chasing the kiddie/ family dollar!
Netflix's 'Daredevil' was some of the greatest TV ever and Vincent D'Onofrio's turn as 'King Pin' was as good as any depiction of a villain as I'd ever seen. Then Disney bought that series.
To see him turned into some buffoon in "Spider-man" (?) fucked me off. I don't trust the Disney/ Sony franchise any more.

No, there's a film where he ends up in an Hawaiian shirt in a cream suit, looking the soft ****.
These films blend into one another of late, which is why I put the question mark next to the film.

The film wasn't memorable except for that scene.
