yeah you can still pass a medical, aslong as the doctor who is doing the medical can see that there is no long term damage.

I reckon he's playing that back four against middlesborough. sounds like he's focusing on the carling semi's and the league. good for him.

seriously tho, the boys are crackered after two games in three days, saturday's game is only 5 days after that, then 4 days later we'd start a 4 game in 14 days sequence.
the fa cup is a lottery, middlesborough are fielding a weakened team (two 16 year-olds up front), the semi's are a shot at our first silverware in *mumblemumble* years and a chance to get one over the neighbours, and the league is the top priority.
he will field an extremely weakened team, partly because of all the injuries. surely no more than five first pick players. Kompany is so important at the moment, I wouldn't use him... unless we had a new centrehalf in the squad by that time. and even then, I'd use that guy instead!
