I was under the impression that no one could get into the training ground anymore? After Hughes' statement that "you can't walk into a factory and see your mates, so you can't walk in here" or something like that?!

Is it not as strict as I thought?

No, you can't get in, but you can watch outside the fence and the zoom camera makes it look close up. It's a great spot to watch from, assuming no one disrupts the sessions.
