I watched this game too and couldn't believe how many times Webb waved play on and then miraculously changed his mind after Rooney had a bit of a scream at him. It got so blatant that even the co-commentator (can't remember who it was) mentioned it after the 3rd time.

It was a truly awful display of refereeing and he should be facing a spell on the sidelines alongside that diving Portugese twat.
