It's nothing to do with UEFA. Their only purpose is organising the Champion's League, Europa League and European Championships. It's a FIFA matter if anything happens.

It was good enough to win it this year but bad management and injuries knackered us. I think we probably need a few in now just to freshen it up and do it pronto just in case this has legs, Promote a couple of youngsters and let Pep do his thing.

We are in a very tough league -- you've got to strengthen every season. Bayern usually added at least 2 players per year under Pep that were expected to be potential starters and that's in a league that is nowhere near as difficult to navigate. We won't come anywhere near winning the league if we don't add anyone even with the best coach in the world. Some of the players just aren't right for his system and one summer isn't going to change that.
