Transfer Ban ?

Just as ffp quickly vanishedvonce it started to bite the g14 on the arse I expect these rules to be watered down soon. The rags youth system is such a mess that their future depends pretty much on EU child trafficking.

Brahim moved to City at age 14 but couldn't play for a bit even after he turned 16 because he required his international clearance first. These kids who come early can't play any official games until they're of age. In his case, his whole family moved and I'm sure City waited until residency was fully established for him to begin training. Manu Garcia's transfer was agreed before he turned 16 but he didn't move until then. City are obviously very careful about this sort of thing.
 
I can't see this being true.

If it is though and we have acted Improperly leading to a ban, then whomever was responsible for that transfer needs to be sacked literally immediately the ban is handed down.
 
I think we should ban you from starting threads until you learn to use the search function :)
 
If it was from 2017 it wouldn't be that bad. Just force us to get all our shopping done this summer.
