The longer this window goes on the more its looking like Sterling was daylight robbery. Trust the rags to skew the market and ruin football.
 
Martial...talk about a panic buy. Scored 13 club goals in his career so far. Massive gamble by the Rags and says a lot about their faith in Shrek who has resembled a pub team player this season. Clearly they don't think he is going to deliver anytime soon.

I am pretty sure that Monaco is under same tax-system as the other french clubs, they were forced to do so, otherwise they would have been kicked out from Ligue 1/2.

Nope. They made a solidarity payment of €50m to the league instead.
